Key differences by demographic
Sex
Whilst in person and telephone consultations are the most preferred choices for males and females, females would be more willing to also consider email or web-forms and online face-to-face consultations (i.e. video call).
Age
Residents aged 65+ are least willing to have a health consultation via online methods.
